What is ProActive Cleaning?
ProActive Cleaning was started by me -Jen Christensen, as a way to make a couple extra bucks. It soon grew large enough to allow me to stay home with my children and has now grown into a business that I love! At ProActive Cleaning our goal is for you to experience freedom by never having to worry about your office cleaning again!

Why office cleaning?
Let's face it -nobody wants to do business in a dirty office, not clients and not employees! At ProActive Cleaning we believe that everybody has a better overall experience and are more productive when they are in a clean space!

Why not have my hourly employees clean my office?
Of course, this is a possibility, however studies (and by studies I mean me walking around and speaking with potential clients) show that employees, who are paid to do something other than clean, despise cleaning the office above all other work related duties. Our theory is, if employees do not have to clean the office they will be harder, more dedicated and happy employees!

What do you clean?
Click on our services page for a detailed list, but in a nutshell -anything! If you wish to have something cleaned that is not on the list ask me about it and we can see about making it happen! As far as types of business, you name it we will clean it!

Where do you clean?
Primarily in the Davis County and the South Weber areas. If you wish for us to clean else-where, let us know and we will see what we can do!

What if I do not want all the services you provide?
No problem! We will customize our services to fit your specific needs and budget. At ProActive Cleaning you will only pay for the services you receive!

Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! We are so confident that you will be thrilled with our service that we do not require contracts! We just ask that should you discontinue service, you give us 30 days notice. For those of you who are more comfortable with having a contract, we have them if you want them!

Why should I trust you to be in my office?
Simple, our business is your business and we are interested in keeping both!
ProActive Cleaning is licensed, bonded and insured. I do background checks on all my employees and feel free to do one on me!  All keys are kept locked up when not in use. We will never allow unauthorized people to have keys or to enter your building. Any information we happen to come upon, will be kept confidential. At ProActive Cleaning we value your place of business. You can trust that we will keep your office our top priority!

Do you have references?
Yes, we have fabulous references which are available upon request!

How do I get a quote?
Click on our Free Estimate page and fill it out, or pick up the phone and give me a call at 801-860-2619 to schedule a walk through.

How does payment work?
We bill you on the 15th of the month for the entire months work. We ask that payments be postmarked by the 5th of the month (unless other arrangements have been made). Payments not postmarked by the 5th of the month will have a 10% or $25.00 late fee(whichever is greater) added to them. Please send all payments to:

When and how often can you clean?
We can clean as often or as little as you want. Cleaning is generally done after office hours, so as not to disrupt your work or ours, however if you wish to have cleaning done during office hours, we can generally accomodate that also.
